Data we collect

  • Quote request Service, governorate, facility type, name, mobile number, the optional file you attach (BOQ or drawing), and your calculator result if you used one.
  • BOQ review Name, mobile number and the file you upload for review.
  • Assistant questions The question text, the page, and whether a documented answer was found. No name or phone number is stored with it, so please do not type personal data in a question.
  • Advertising identifiers gclid, gbraid, wbraid, utm parameters, match type, device type and landing time, taken from the ad link you arrived from.
  • Technical data IP address and browser data needed for the security check and for request limits. In rate-limit records the IP address is stored only as a hash that does not reveal it.

Why we process it

  • To answer your request, prepare a quotation and review the files you send.
  • To contact you about your request by phone, WhatsApp or email.
  • To send updates and offers, only if you agreed to them in advance. Each message identifies us and how to reach us, and you can stop them at any time.
  • To measure website visits and advertising performance, only after you accept cookies.
  • To improve the assistant from the questions it could not answer.
  • To protect the website and its forms from automated use and abuse.

Who processes data on our behalf

  • Vercel Website hosting and the server functions (assistant and BOQ upload).
  • Google Google Analytics and Google Ads for visit and ad measurement after your consent; Google Sheets and Google Drive to store requests and files; Gmail for request notifications.
  • Meta — WhatsApp Business WhatsApp messages about your request.
  • Anthropic The AI model that answers assistant questions, classifies incoming requests without name or phone number, and drafts BOQ reviews that an engineer approves before they are sent to you.
  • n8n hosting provider Automation that receives requests and routes them between the services above.
  • Google Maps The head-office map in the page footer, loaded only after you click “Show the map here”.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile Checks that a form or question is not sent by an automated program.
  • Upstash Redis Request-limit counters and the assistant’s session memory, with no name or phone number — when configured.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

Processing outside Egypt

Your data may be processed or stored on these providers’ servers outside the Arab Republic of Egypt. The law allows personal data to be transferred abroad only to a country that offers at least the level of protection the law sets, and with a licence or permit from the Personal Data Protection Center, with specific exceptions based on your explicit consent. We limit transfers to the data each purpose needs, rely on the data protection safeguards each provider commits to, and work to meet the transfer requirements of the law and its Executive Regulations.

How long we keep it

We keep your data no longer than the purpose it was collected for requires. We keep your request data and attached files for 24 months after our last contact, then delete them. Assistant questions, which contain no personal data, are kept for the same period. We delete your data earlier if you ask, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it.

Your rights

  • Know about, review and obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Withdraw your earlier consent to our keeping or processing your data.
  • Correct, amend, erase, add to or update your data.
  • Limit processing to a specific scope.
  • Be informed of any breach of your personal data.
  • Object to the processing of your data, or its results, where it conflicts with your fundamental rights and freedoms.
  • Lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Center, without prejudice to your right to go to court.

How to exercise your rights

We verify your identity before acting on any request and reply following the procedures and time limits set by the law and its Executive Regulations.

Data breach notification

If your personal data is breached, we report it to the Personal Data Protection Center within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, and we notify you within 3 business days of that report, with the measures taken, as the law requires.

Cookies and browser storage

No analytics or advertising tools load before you choose. On your first visit the consent banner shows two equal buttons, “Accept” and “Reject”. With “Reject”, no analytics or advertising tool loads and the campaign cookie is not written. Your choice and the time you made it are stored in your browser for 12 months, after which we ask again. The Google map in the page footer does not load, and Google sets no cookies through it, until you click “Show the map here”.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or the providers that process data for us change, or when the Personal Data Protection Center issues new decisions or guidance. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
